A 25-year history of specialising in exports of Bordeaux Grands Crus

Maison Montagnac has direct allocations from the top chateaux and is committed to marketing the wines in over 40 countries. In France, it works alongside restaurateurs and wine merchants, as well as a clientele of private customers.

Located in Bordeaux, the company is run by Thomas and Romain Montagnac. They took over from their father Pierre Montagnac, who founded the business in 1996.

At the end of 2021, they were joined by a new shareholder, Christian Roulleau, the founder of the Samsic group and owner of Château Dauzac in Margaux as well as Domaine de La Bégude in Bandol. Opening up the company’s capital guarantees its continuity and gives it a long-term vision, both from a buying perspective and for its customer relations.
