The diverse tasks of viticulture demand awareness and attention. From pruning the vines in early May through harvest in late September, the care and attention given to the vines focus on a single and only goal: getting an intense and concentrated fruit.
To accomplish it, 21 growers labor in the Dumas Estates in a family work environment, striving to retain the same employees every season to motivate assiduity and develop true artisanship. Each artificer is individually responsible for each vine under his care, in sectors distributed among them within the properties.
